He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from KPMG, PMP, PRINCE 2 Practitioner, ScrumMaster and ITIL v3 professional with experience of delivering large scale global programs within diverse industry sectors. His experience includes agile coaching, implementing scrum, system thinking, lean thinking and six sigma for operational excellence and efficient program management. Rakesh continuously strives to bridge the gap between academic research and industry practices.
